We have good news: DULi at Aranya Jinshanling is officially open!
Our first restaurant opened in Shanghai in August 2020. Since then, we have been committed to delicious, inventive plant-based cooking.
After 10 months of preparation, DULi opened at Aranya Jinshanling in October. Beijing partner Bianbian and former Shanghai team supervisor Wu Fan, now head chef of DULi Beijing, worked together to bring our distinctive food into the mountains.
The menu keeps Shanghai’s creative signatures, including Mala Mala, mapo tofu hummus and tom yum wonton soup. Our best-loved dishes can now be enjoyed here too.
Aranya Jinshanling lies between Beijing and Chengde, around 120 km from Beijing, surrounded by mountains and forest.
Details recorded in this opening announcement: north side of Lanshan Aparthotel, Aranya Jinshanling, Luanping County, Chengde, Hebei; searchable on Amap and Baidu Maps. Hours: Tuesday–Sunday, 11:00–20:00. Aranya is a residential and holiday community with controlled access. Guests arriving by car were asked to call ahead so staff could register their number plate.
