What gives these drinks their blue colour? We use 100% natural phycocyanin in two DULi creations.
Blue Pineapple Smoothie combines pineapple and coconut milk for a sweet, tangy and creamy drink. Phycocyanin gives it the colour of a blue sky, with a cooling sip for summer.
Our matcha and coconut drink pairs matcha’s fresh, lingering flavour with a blue sea-salt coconut cream topping. Each sip brings the layers together.
