Christmas 2023 is almost here, and DULi has two colourful festive dishes to share.
Crispy aubergine with pomegranate combines crisp-fried aubergine, house-made tomato kimchi sauce and Daiya cheese, finished with juicy Lintong pomegranate seeds for a bright, vitamin-C-rich touch.
DULi lasagna layers pasta with three different house-made sauces. Each bite is a reminder of how satisfying vegan lasagna can be.
