DULi’s plant-based kitchen is coming down from the mountains for a Beijing pop-up.
Bianbian nafy and our Beijing team will take over lunch at vegetarian sake bistro Ori for two months, bringing plant-based food to the space from morning to evening.
We have gathered bestsellers from DULi Shanghai and Jinshanling into one pop-up menu. To complement Ori’s sake-bistro identity, we are also making our own amazake, a Japanese fermented rice drink.
