DULi’s Gnocchi with Dan Dan Sauce.
Our hand-made potato gnocchi with house-made toasted sesame dan dan sauce has long been a favourite. It brings the spicy richness of Sichuan dan dan noodles together with the distinctive texture of Italian gnocchi.
Dan dan sauce is rooted in Sichuan cooking, using chilli oil, Sichuan pepper powder, doubanjiang and other seasonings. At DULi, roasted peanuts and sesame add more layers of aroma and richness.
Traditional gnocchi is often made from potatoes, flour and egg yolk. Our version uses high-quality potatoes and flour, with no eggs or dairy, so vegan guests can enjoy it too.
