Selected sweetcorn from Yunnan and coconut yogurt sauce are charred over high heat, then paired with the chef’s house-made vegan feta. Gently salty, with a hint of coconut oil, the cheese brings a familiar feta-like texture and layers of flavour. Lovely with a drink.
