Meet two DULi sauces. First, Mala Mala dressing: a lift for simple boiled vegetables. Hanyuan Sichuan peppercorns, regional spices and rice vinegar make a fragrant vinaigrette with gentle heat. Shake, then toss through salad, wontons or dumplings to recreate DULi’s Mala Mala at home in minutes.
Our maple mustard dressing combines Dijon mustard, apple, olive oil and vinegar. Use it to make a DULi-style farro salad, add it to a sandwich, or serve it with something crisp and fried.
Both sauces are made in limited quantities and require advance orders for collection at the restaurant. Message us if you would like one.
