Ingredients: 120 g oats; 1 g sea salt; 35 g plant oil, such as coconut or corn oil; 30 g coconut nectar, or maple syrup; 10 g desiccated coconut; 0.5 g ground cinnamon; 20 g almonds; 6 g cocoa powder; 50 g banana, mashed with a fork; and chocolate pieces and cashews for topping. We use 85% cocoa chocolate.
1. Mix the oats, salt, cinnamon, almonds, desiccated coconut and cocoa powder. 2. Warm the oil and coconut nectar together. 3. Pour into the oat mixture and stir well, then mix in the mashed banana. 4. Form into 40 g balls, flatten slightly, and place on a baking tray. 5. Decorate with chocolate and cashews. 6. Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.
